What is Nevaeh?

Nevaeh takes its name from ‘Heaven,’ written in reverse. Nevaeh is a fully staffed luxury beachfront villa located on Anguilla’s exclusive Long Bay Beach. Featuring nine bedrooms, resort-style amenities, personalized service, and direct beach access, Nevaeh offers an exceptional private villa experience for families, groups, and special occasions.

How many guests can Nevaeh accommodate?

Nevaeh offers nine bedrooms and can accommodate up to 20 guests, making it ideal for multi-generational vacations, family gatherings, corporate retreats, and milestone celebrations. Nevaeh also offers special rates for smaller groups – please inquire for details.

Is Nevaeh beachfront?

Yes. Nevaeh is located directly on Long Bay Beach and offers private access to a half-mile stretch of pristine shoreline.

Is Nevaeh a hotel or a private villa?

Nevaeh is a private villa. Guests enjoy the privacy and exclusivity of a luxury residence while benefiting from the personalized service and amenities often associated with a luxury resort.

Is Nevaeh suitable for families?

Absolutely. The villa is designed to accommodate families of all sizes and ages, with spacious accommodations, recreational amenities, beach access, and personalized services.

Are there any amenities provided for babies and toddlers at the villa?

Yes, a full-size crib, pack-and-play, high chairs and diaper changing pads, along with sand toys are available on a complimentary basis and additional items can easily be rented.

How private is Nevaeh’s location?

Nevaeh is located on the western end of Long Bay beach and enjoys a very private and peaceful location. The beach is shared with just a few other private villas along with a tiny, boutique resort.

Is Nevaeh in a good location on Anguilla?

Yes, Nevaeh enjoys the best of both worlds – tucked away in a private corner of Long Bay yet just a few minutes by golf cart from all the popular restaurants and resorts on Meads Bay and Rendezvous Bay, as well as the island’s golf course and Aqua Park.

Is Nevaeh suitable for groups and celebrations?

Yes. Nevaeh is a popular destination for family reunions, milestone birthdays, anniversaries, retreats, and other special gatherings. Our team is able to arrange all kinds of celebratory activities from beach dinners to live music and fireworks displays.

Can I hold my wedding at Nevaeh?

Yes, small wedding celebrations of up to 40 guests can be held at Nevaeh, with a minimum stay of 5-7 nights, depending on the time of year. For ceremonies on the beach, the months of May-August are recommended as the beach is usually at its widest at this time of year. Most of the wedding celebration arrangements can be handled in-house by our concierge.

Can I book a wedding or event at Nevaeh if I’m not staying there?

No, I’m afraid events can only be held at the villa if guests are staying at the property, usually for a minimum 5-7 night stay.

Accommodations & Amenities

How many bedrooms does Nevaeh have?

Nevaeh features nine luxurious bedrooms distributed throughout the property to provide both privacy and flexibility for guests.

Can I reserve Nevaeh with fewer than nine bedrooms?

Yes. While Nevaeh is a nine-bedroom private estate, smaller groups are welcome. During most of the year, the villa can be reserved with 5, 6, 7, 8, or all 9 bedrooms, allowing you to enjoy exclusive use of the entire property while paying only for the accommodations you need. Does every bedroom have a private bathroom?

Yes. All guest accommodations include private bathrooms and luxury amenities. Most have double vanities and separate walk-in showers and soaking tubs. Four bedrooms in the main house also feature outdoor showers.

Does Nevaeh have a private pool?

Yes. The property features a bi-level infinity pool overlooking the Caribbean Sea, along with a large jacuzzi and sundecks.

What amenities are available at the villa?

Amenities include an infinity pool, jacuzzi, fitness center with Pelotons, golf simulator, flood-lit tennis court, beachfront access, water sports equipment, outdoor gathering spaces, and more. Discover more amenities.

Is the villa suitable for guests with limited mobility?

Yes, the ground floor of the main house, including the path to the beach, is accessible without having to use any steps. While no bedrooms are fully ADA compliant, the primary suite (Diamond) is the most suitable for guests using a wheelchair with wide doorways, roll-up vanity and easy-access shower. A shower chair and toilet seat can be arranged, if required.

Is Wi-Fi available throughout the property?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

Is there a sound system at the villa?

Yes, a Sonos sound system allows guests to play music throughout most of the property.

Is the villa air conditioned?

Yes. All guest accommodations and interior living spaces are fully air conditioned.

Are toiletries provided in the bathrooms?

Yes. Each bathroom is stocked with luxury White Company toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion. Bathrobes and flip-flops are also provided for your comfort.

Are hair dryers available in the rooms?

Yes. All bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

Are there laundry facilities?

Yes, the main house bedrooms are equipped with stackable washer/dryers and complimentary detergent is provided. Clothes steamers are provided in the closet. Housekeeping would be happy to do any personal laundry when making up the rooms.

Dining & Services

Are staff included with the villa?

Yes. Nevaeh is fully staffed with a house manager, butler, housekeeper, laundress, handy man and on-call concierge to provide personalized service throughout your stay.

Is a private chef available?

Yes. Private chef services and customized dining experiences are available for guests. Full-time chef services are included with the Heavenly Package and can be arranged on an as-needed basis with the Classic Package. Groceries for chef meals are charged at cost plus 15%.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Yes. Guests should share dietary requirements and preferences before arrival so arrangements can be made.

Can groceries be stocked before arrival?

Yes. Advance provisioning services can be arranged prior to your stay. A provisioning list will be sent by email a few weeks before arrival.

Is daily housekeeping included?

Yes. Twice daily housekeeping services are included as part of the guest experience along with personal laundry.

What is the policy on tipping?

A 10% service charge is automatically added to the villa rental rate and this is distributed amongst all the staff working at the property. Any additional tipping is at the guest’s discretion and the Property Manager can advise on how best to handle this prior to check out.

How do I pay for groceries and activities?

An incidental account will automatically be set-up when you arrive, and an itemized bill will be presented at the end of your stay. This can be settled by credit card or, with advance approval, a wire transfer.

Travel to Anguilla

How do I get to Anguilla?

Most travelers arrive in Anguilla either by flying directly into Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport (AXA) or by flying into St. Maarten (SXM) and taking a sea shuttle or short connecting flight to Anguilla. The Nevaeh team can assist with arranging transfers from St Maarten.

Is there an airport in Anguilla?

Yes. Clayton J. Lloyd International Airport (AXA) serves Anguilla and offers direct flights from select destinations. Most sizes of private jets can also be accommodated.

Do I need a passport to visit Anguilla?

Visitors traveling from the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and most international destinations will need a passport with a validity of at least 6 months beyond your arrival date. Return or onward tickets are also required for all visitors to Anguilla. Be sure to bring your passport with you on any day trips to neighboring islands.

Can airport transfers be arranged?

Yes. Transportation can be arranged to help guests travel between the airport, ferry terminal, and the villa. For guests booking the Heavenly Package, one round-trip ground transfer is included.

Do I need a travel adapter for my electrical devices?

No. Anguilla uses the same 110-120V electrical system and Type A/B outlets found in the United States and Canada, so most North American guests can plug in their devices without an adapter.

Do I need a rental car?

Many guests choose not to rent a vehicle, as transportation services can easily be arranged. For nearby locations, guests can drive the villa’s two 6-seater golf carts. A temporary local driver’s permit is required and the villa team can assist in obtaining these.

What is the best time of year to visit Anguilla?

Anguilla is a year-round destination. The peak season typically runs from November through April, while summer and fall often provide excellent weather and attractive travel values. The months of September and October are the quietest when many hotels and businesses take their seasonal break.

Can I still visit during hurricane season?

While many businesses do close during the peak hurricane months of September and much of October, Nevaeh does not have a set closure date. Please inquire if you are interested in visiting during these quieter months as there are still plenty of activities that can be arranged, and hurricanes are a relatively rare occurrence.

Is Anguilla safe?

Anguilla is widely considered one of the safest destinations in the Caribbean and is known for its friendly, welcoming environment.

What currency is used in Anguilla?

The Eastern Caribbean Dollar (XCD) is the official currency, though U.S. dollars are accepted throughout the island.

Beaches & Activities

What is Long Bay Beach known for?

Long Bay Beach is one of Anguilla’s most beautiful and tranquil beaches, offering soft white sand, clear turquoise waters, and spectacular sunset views.

What activities are available in Anguilla?

Popular activities include snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, sailing, golf, horseback riding, tennis, pickleball, spa treatments, and island dining experiences.

Are water sports available nearby?

Yes. Guests can enjoy a variety of water-based activities throughout Anguilla. On-site at Nevaeh, we offer water sports equipment such as kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, sea sleds and snorkel gear. Motorized watersports can be arranged close by to the villa.

Can excursions be arranged?

Yes. The Nevaeh team can help coordinate a variety of island experiences and excursions.

Are there restaurants near Nevaeh?

Yes. Anguilla is renowned for its dining scene, and many exceptional restaurants are located within a short golf cart drive of the villa.

Is there a golf course near Nevaeh?

Yes, there is a fabulous 18-hole Greg Norman Golf Course Design International Course and a 9-hole Avalon Links walking course located just a short drive from Nevaeh.

Can I visit St Barth’s for the day from Anguilla?

Yes, it is easy to arrange a day trip from Anguilla to St Barth’s for shopping, site-seeing and lunch at one of their popular beach clubs. The quickest and easiest way is to take a 15 minutes flight in a 9-seater plane (scheduled or private), but you can also charter a boat for the trip. There are no ferries currently operating between the two islands.

How far in advance should I book?

Because Nevaeh is a unique luxury property with limited availability, guests are encouraged to reserve their preferred dates as early as possible.

How can I check availability?

What is the difference between Heavenly and Classic rates?

Nevaeh offers both Heavenly and Classic rate options to provide flexibility for different travel styles and preferences. Heavenly rates include full time chef services, cooked breakfast, one-time bar set-up, unlimited soft drinks and bottled water and arrival & departure ground transfers, once round-trip. We don't need all nine bedrooms. Do we still have to book the entire villa?

No. Nevaeh welcomes groups of many sizes and can be reserved with as few as five bedrooms. Depending on the season, rates are available for the use of 5, 6, 7, 8, or all 9 bedrooms. Please visit our Rates & Availability page or contact our team for full details.

If we reserve only 5 or 6 bedrooms, will other guests be staying at the villa?

No. Nevaeh is always rented exclusively to a single group. Even when reserving fewer than nine bedrooms, the entire estate remains private and will never be shared with other guests.

Is there a minimum stay required at Nevaeh?

Minimum stays vary depending on the time of year. During peak periods there is a 7 night minimum and at other times it is usually 5 nights. Over Festive there is a 7-14 night minimum stay requirement, depending on dates. Please contact our team for specific details.

Does Nevaeh offer early check-in or late check-out?

Whenever possible, we are happy to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out. Because availability depends on arrival and departure schedules, we recommend contacting us in advance so we can make the appropriate arrangements.
